Why Sunrise Asphalt Fails Fast

Crack Filling: The Right Way

The crack has to be routed – meaning we cut a clean channel with a router, blow out all the debris with compressed air, and then apply a hot-applied rubberized sealant. That sealant bonds to the walls of the crack and flexes with the asphalt as it heats and cools. If you skip the routing, the filler just sits on top and peels off in a month.
